Sales terms and conditions
1)
Pricing
The price listed in FOB (free on
board) mode carries the local transportation and handling
costs up to Lahore Airport - Pakistan, thus customer is
likely to pay the freight and shipping costs at his end once
the goods are embarked. CIF (cost, insurance and freight)
price list includes all of the costs up to destination port.
2)
Lead Time and Delivery
Normally an average size of order
takes about 30 - 45 days to be finished. However, the exact
date of delivery is advised at the time an order is
confirmed. For a single unit or for a very small order, the
buyer is informed before hand on the availability of stock.
3)
Payment methods and procedures

For small orders, we prefer
bank T.T paid in advance into our bank account. Bank
reference and details can be had on request.

For bulk orders, we prefer 50%
in advance and rest 50% payable when the goods get ready to
be shipped.

Irrevocable Letter of credit
(L/c.) at sight.
4) Shipping and customs
policies
Most convenient and efficient agents
are used for air shipments. For a sample order below than 15
Kg or for a single unit buyer is advised to select courier
services such as DHL/UPS/FedEx for speedy door to door
services.
5) Custom orders
Custom orders as well as buyer's
specific model/s for the contemporary items are accepted.
Exclusive design/s is/are also offered upon request.
6) Errors on pricing
Panoply Sports reserves the rights to
cancel an order or request for variation in price due to
market fluctuation but once the order is confirmed, the
price will not be changed.
7) Return Policy
All merchandise that we sell is in
mint condition. Panoply sports ensures a warranty with each
shipment, thus units which are found defective may be
replaced.

Notable
Please specify the product code(s) you
are interested in, quantity, size, and color clearly in your
purchase order. Panoply Sports will respond with information
on shipping, handling and billing immediately after the
order is received.
